Definite diagnosis of cerebral palsy, a non-progressive neurological defect characterized by spasticity and incoordination of movements.
Exclusion
The diagnosis of cerebral palsy must be made by a specialist and confirmed by the insured person’s 24th birthday.
No benefit will be payable under the definition of "cerebral palsy" if the diagnosis is made after the insured person's 24th birthday.
