SOLO Healthcare is equivalent to group health insurance and the perfect complement to your client's provincial health plan.

Eligibility

Insureds may be considered for SOLO Healthcare if they meet all of the following requirements*:

  • Reside in a Canadian province or territory
  • Are covered under the health insurance plan and hospital insurance plan from their province of residence
  • Meet the eligibility requirements and the insurability requirements of the product selected
  • If a resident of Quebec, they must have and continue to have group drug coverage through an employer, a membership in an order or association or, if not, through RAMQ

Exclusions or limitations may apply in some situations.
