Psoriatic arthritis

Mild to moderate:	generally standard
Severe:	rated +50

Within 1 year of the diagnosis:	declined
Mild with little or no limitations:	rated +50 to +75 with exclusion
Moderate:	rated +50 to +125 with exclusion
Severe:	declined

Within 2 years of the diagnosis:	declined
Mild to moderate:	depending on occupation class rated +25 to +100 with exclusion and limitation of the benefit period to 2 or 5 years
