Mild to moderate* level and more than 1 year since the diagnosis:	standard or rated
Other:	declined

*Mild to moderate level: indepedant in carrying out activities of daily living or minimal support required, refers usually to autism spectrum disorder levels 1 or 2

Age 18 and less at time of application:	declined
Over than age 18 at time of application:
Mild* level and more than one year since the diagnosis	standard with exclusion
Moderate* level and more than 3 years since the diagnosis:	standard with exclusion and/or rated
Other:	declined
