What response can you expect?

Current use

Marijuana - Consider dosage, frequency, age (without any other risk factors): standard, rated +50 to +100 or declined

non-smoking and preferential rates may be granted to marijuana users

Other substances:declined

Past use - consideration after 3 years of complete abstinence (depends on the type of use)

3 to 7 years:rated +50 to +200 or declined
After 7 years:generally standard
Multiple addictions:declined for 7 years, individual consideration thereafter
Relapse:declined
