A new authentication method will be implemented to make it easier and more secure to access various applications and sites.
It involves creating a unique user ID associated with a single email address to access several applications you use for your work.
This new authentication method will be rolled out by the end of November.

Note: However, for your personal accounts, please use a personal email address. This ensures that you to retain control over your information, even if you change jobs.
What this means for you
When you log in for the first time after the new authentication method is rolled out, you will be redirected to the new authentication process. You’ll need to follow the step-by-step instructions on the screen to change your user ID (Webi code) and use your
work email address.
The entire process takes less than 5 minutes. If you don’t have enough time to complete the process the first time you log in, you can do it later. However, you must complete this step no later than 5 days after your first login.
