Disease with unknown cause characterized by skin lesions primarily on the neck, face and upper limbs. These lesions often appear after exposure to the sun.

1 to 5 years following diagnosis:	rated +50 to +75
More than 5 years following diagnosis:	generally standard

Within 1 year of diagnosis:	declined
More than 1 year following diagnosis:	exclusion with waiting period of at least 90 days
