Starting May 7, the process for changing an address, phone number or email address for most*
personal members and clients using AccèsD (web version and mobile app) will be much easier.
When a member updates their contact information on AccèsD, it’s automatically sent to our administrative systems, with no extra steps needed to notify each Desjardins entity or sector of the change.
Important
- If you make an address change in
Client Portfolio or by calling our Client Relations Centre, it will only be done for the insurance and investment contracts mentioned in your request.
- The information is only sent automatically to our administrative systems when
the member updates it directly on AccèsD.
