As announced on July 6, we had to postpone the availability and mailing of statements due to the system change that took place last April. To ensure the highest quality standards, we made the difficult decision to postpone sending out the guaranteed investment funds statements again.
Our revised timeline is to have the statements be available on Webi by August 26 for advisors, and to have clients receive their paper copies by mid-September.
We understand that clients are eagerly awaiting these statements, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Rest assured that our teams are working tirelessly to ensure the statements go out as quickly as possible, with the highest quality standards.
